  • He can only be pardoned if he is convicted or if a plea deal reached. The second is unlikely as it involves an admission of guilt. The trial will be nowhere near concluded before November. I do believe that the DoJ are hedging their bets.

  • What a bloody joy it would be to see him in jail for a serious amount of time.

    Fixed - conviction means zip when you have mates who'll see you right.
