Faustino is made by Eureka as is the Mignon series, FYI.
@ChasnotRobert, I don't have my Silenzio yet but from what I've seen online it seems to be much quieter than many other grinders - which model do you have, the original Mignon?

It probably is quieter compared to other grinders, I was just saying that they are all quite noisy, in my experience.

Interesting, I didn't know that was the case.
I've no real comparison to call upon (I had the sage smart-grinder before the gearbox gave up the ghost in a vaguely dramatic fashion) but it is significantly quieter than that.

If you're looking for a quiet grind, I'd thoroughly recommend the Rocket Faustino. I managed to pick up in a sale for £50 more than the Mignon and it's a lovely, well built, machine
