Gah. I thought the same (maybe my error) but my order definitely does say Nickel...
If I needed them right now I'd live with it, but I don't, so they're going back..

I had the same issue. After four weeks of back and forth begging them to check the warehouse and compare the bars, and sending them links of what brushed nickle should look like I just gave up and kept them.

No, I have chrome.
I was totally sure I’d ordered nickel but when the chrome arrived I checked the order and it said chrome so I concluded it was my mistake and decided to live with the chrome.
Does your order say nickel?
