Had a go on a ~10 year old bonneville, slow, heavy and heavy, had the turning radius of a track bike. Really no use for it here, but if you lived somewhere warmer and with more relaxed traffic where you don't have to use faster roads, yes, so nice to just blat along that low to the ground (quite like older style bikes for this very low and upright position).
1947 Moto Guzzi Dondolino being built by my brother-in-law. He bought it in peices from the estate of a collector, along with some Gambalunga parts
