Fwiw I use a very lightweight bmx tyre with a fairly thin casing. I've ridden it over load3d quite a few times. 1 puncture in about 3 years. But then I think punctures are mostly down to bad luck, I've had a Marathon Plus puncture in its first mile before 🤷🏾♀️
