I use Tioga Powerblock OS20...biggest 451 I can find at 1.85", but only just squeezes under the crown height wise. They also do it in a 1.6" too though, and folding or steel bead I think. I run mine tubeless though, so I don't know how puncture resistant they'll be with a regular tube.
Cheers, i looked at the Maxxis but have no idea how well they last against normal punctures. Hadn't seen the powerblock, I'd be using them with normal tubes but might give them a try, just usual round town cycling so probably 99% on road.
