Actually, just looking at one of ours and it's pretty busy too
- include spf.protection.outlook.com Pass The spec domain is searched for an 'allow'.
- include _spf.google.com Pass The specified domain is searched for an 'allow'.
- include cabbages.net Pass The specified domain is searched for an 'allow'.
- include serves.mav.net Pass The specified domain is searched for an 'allow'.
- ip4 103.253.62.192/27 Pass Match if IP is in the given range.
- ip4 205.130.217.0/24 Pass Match if IP is in the given range.
- ip4 10.220.42.0/24 Pass Match if IP is in the given range.
- ip4 206.101.78.0/24 Pass Match if IP is in the given range.
- ip4 107.80.80.0/24 Pass Match if IP is in the given range.
- ip4 103.107.81.0/24 Pass Match if IP is in the given range.
- ip4 103.107.75.0/24 Pass Match if IP is in the given range.
