I am planning on picking up a second set of tyres so I can go and see if the Midlands has any gravel. Currently I have got Schwalbe S-one 30 set up tubeless on stans grail rims and absolutely love them.
Been exclusively riding Schwalbe tyres for years and now looking for a knobbly 40c tyre the logical choice was G-one ultrabite, however I do feel like I have to scratch that tan wall instagram itch and they only do them in the performance range and not the evolution.
So few questions for you guys,
Is Schwalbe evolution loads better than performance?
Would something like a WTB Raddler be a better option as my first non-schwalbe tyre?
Is there a forum favourite 40c tubeless knobbly?
Will report back with updates on my local gravel situation.
