I had very similar (the price differential wasn't as big but it was a shorter period) and to start with I was considering how much it cost, what the refurb cost would have been, etc and not getting anywhere near the asking price and it was making me thinking it was way overpriced and unsure what to offer.
Then I took a step back and thought that the price seemed reasonable for the area before I found out the previous selling price so it shouldn't really change my position much.
