As part of the front line gentrifiers I have settled on a no-doubt @dancing james approved Filson tin cloth tote to make sure the weekly sourdough gets home in one piece.

Tin cloth is awesome, I have a coat, vest and dungarees, it’s great as it’s so thorn proof I can wade or ride the tractor straight through brambles. However it’s a super heavy wax cotton, made in the same factory as Barbour material and would leave a wax residue on ones baked produce.

Thankfully it is lined, no waxy loaf for me.
