City and Hackney are one health authority for that reason.

The more detailed ward maps show the cases correspond with the Hasidic Jewish areas of Stamford Hill, where there've previously been serious outbreaks, although I don't know if that's what's happening again.
But probably best not to talk about bankers.

Is the City of London very densely populated?
That's not an area with a lot of key workers and multi-generational families in one property is it?
Can't wait for Boris to say something like "well those bankers, they aren't good at sticking to the lockdown rules..." :p
