As somebody else already said on here, once we all know who it is, the victim will soon be known as well, so let's spare a thought for them too.
And with the nastiness of far too many people, they may end up with beauties such as "It wasn't really rape/sexual assault", "why did you not go public", "why did you not go the police sooner" etc etc
