Damn, I am so jealous! I loved riding in Barbados, the local riders were a joy to be with as well. I had a great afternoon on the East Coast where all things alcoholic were dirt cheap, discussing the best way back to Bridgetown with a road gang over quite a lot of Mount Gay. Possibly the best bit was a cricket ground called 'Desolation Warriors' in the NE, where goats grazed the outfield mid-game. If I didn't love Mount Gay (I do) I would still drink it out of pure nostalgia. Did you ride Cherry Tree Hill?

Shall check out a few of the above recommendations having recently developed a taste for the sugary goodness myself when I finished off a bottle of my better half’s R.L. Seale’s Old Brigand. It’s such great stuff she says I have to take her to Barbados to replace it if I’m unable to buy it from anywhere closer to home.
