On the seatstay proper or on the dropout/seatstay?
First thoughts:
Wheel seated properly?
Bent hanger or derailleur?
Hub loose or not centred on axle?
Freehub loose?
H Limit screw?
Loose cassette?
Really strange chain line?
Also, a sunrace on a Chris king??
