I saw that. Not a shred of evidence to suggest he is right too. Plenty of evidence that he's outright wrong though.

I was looking at this map by ward and there does seem to be some correlation in some areas. Not sure if that is consistent though or just a coincidence in those areas I know.

The Public lic Health England opinion is that it's a young people socialising rather than a race or religion thing.
