• Working very well, England has the worst excess death rate of Europe, holidays allowed, then quarantine 2 weeks later... but yes, you could very well be right that is a factor.

    Scotland, yes, a big problem with carehomes and nr3.
    Weirdly NI is only nr 8 (again lots of carehome deaths) as it's not densely populated, like Scotland though our big cities are smaller.
    Both of course were not in control of early shutdowns/furlough payments, though could have done better.

    But DoorMatt and redBusBoris have really no excuse.

    Ok but...the optics of this are "but pubs..." and on top, non whites and lower incomes are more affected by the new rules.

    So even if it's true based on data, it's handled very poorly. Again.
