Tell them you don't need to sell it. That's what I did. The agent asked for proof of deposit so I sent them a screenshot from my bank.

I think it's a small hurdle to weed out the tire kickers.

I'd love to have 300k in the bank, but sadly I'd not be able to do that (without Photoshop).

Right click, inspect element, change your balance to anything you want.

You don't even need Photoshop, just "inspect element" in your browser and change the numbers. If it's good enough for the scammers.....
