Food looks like it could get pretty boring and repetitious. Wonder if the weight distribution would make more sense in a more traditional touring set up with racks. Interested to see other setups. Filtering water from a puddle while in the centre of Manchester sounds like a form of self torture too. I like the concept of this, just have doubts on the timing due to covid.
