Zero negotiation. Well, they asked if we'd be open to leaving white goods behind.
This also lends credence to my theory that Estate Agents are not passing on offers less than asking to their clients.

Possibly, i never asked. Is it not their job to manage that though?
We had on average 2 viewings per day in the week it was live, so there was a lot of interest in it. Maybe they got offers under asking and played them off each other?
More would have been nice, but we advertised it for our "break even" price as we've moved home to Ireland, and if it wasn't sold by September it would have become a rental property.
