I had this yellow one, which I sold about 4 years ago due to size. It was resprayed with incorrect decals and my build was far from perfect in retrospect. These 531's are rare and spught after, but a 753 is proper grail.

Thanks. I like your build there damskodonny. I was torn between a modern and retro drivetrain and went for the efficiency of modern in the end. The chain set just doesn’t do the frame justice though!

Brakes are trp cx8.4, have them on my other cx bike and like them a lot.

Thats cracking mate! Really really nice. Very jealous that you could get mini vs to work, the bosses were way to closely spaced on my 531 CM CX.

Flite would look great.

You could always get clamps for a bottle cage. They actually don't look too bad when paired with a nice metal cage.

I'm going to get some of the burgundy gravelkings slicks too. They'd look awesome in 35 front and rear.

I used dmr clamps and planet x cage. Cheap and cheerful.

Awesome, thanks mate. Will def give those a try as I'm carrying a bottle in my jersey pocket which is ok but not ideal. Gonna have to check out some bling Gravelking colours as well now!

Love mine too, it's my go-to bike at the mo, so much fun, handles really well and has even bagged a few KOMs on bridleway climbs on the South Downs where I ride :)

These are much fun to check out. Up until 1985 or something, the photography is pretty decent. After that, the 80s lazyness and lack of taste takes over. Some cool lopros in there tho

Quite glad that's too big for me. If i bought another gazelle right now, I'd be a dead man
