It's been up for a while. I don't think it's a Trevor Jarvis. I think the seller means he has the 'licence' (as does Liz Beaumont http://www.beaumontbicycle.com/) and that he has the records for this one as NOT genuine.
It seems far far too clumsy a build for TJ (see pics). I had one of TJ's Flying Gates and the dude is as meticulous as you get. I think this is a home brew version by some with someone who had some gas pipe laying about... I would be a bit wary...
Saying that - has some nice head lugs and a decent fork crown.

An interesting machine, but not what it claims to be. The 'Flying Gate' design was invented by The Baines Brothers of Bradford, and production was re-instated by Trevor Jarvis, who holds the copyright. He has details of this machine, & the new owner must not attempt to pass it off as a genuine 'Baines'.....
