No, not at this point. I agree! Have you looked at Holinger? Aussie engineering co that builds race car gearboxes but their site mentions road car box conversion. They've certainly built Porsche specific stuff too.
I have had a conversation with them, IIRC they wanted me to speak to their UK rep and it all went silent.
All of these companies want to make stuff they know they can sell - which is totally understandable. So they make stuff for the GT3/turbo. Convincing them that there is a market for the base C2 is an uphill struggle.

I just went back through my emails with Hollinger - it's kind of funny, in some ways. The guy I was talking too simply wouldn't accept that I was talking about a Carrera engine, would only talk to me about the stuff they made for the Mezger. Also, it was AUD $38,000 for the (wrong) gearbox.
No point half-arsing it.
