  • For me it's less about 'training' than getting fit again, because I'd got so unfit I couldn't do longer rides and I'd got fat (65kg, FYI) and because riding during lockdown seemed best done on a turbo. I then discovered I actually enjoyed the turbo.

    I'm not doing any 'training' right now though cos my sciatica has flared up again and I'm struggling :((
