I'm not sure you can get off the peg. All the neem instructions say to use within 8 hours once mixed (not sure why, maybe neem doesn't appreciate the emulsification) so shelf life of off the peg would be pretty low.

Instructions I saw online said just a few drops of washing up liquid to help with emulsification. Something like 2ml per litre I think?
I've only tried it once so far and it didn't seem to fully emulsify, but sprayed alright with regular shaking of the bottle.
I might try a few ml of nikwax tech wash next time as I assume that's fairly neutral/gentle soap.

Thanks for the advice. Hmm, this is getting increasingly expensive. Are there any off the peg spray solutions with neem?
