Might want to run less rebound if your bike is particularly planted, and definitely no compression.
One thing to bear in mind is that you want to compress the suspension in the transition of the jump, and then bunny hop off the lip. Start small then hit the canyon gaps at Rampage.
Just pulling up is reminiscent of when I started jumping bikes in the 90s before the days of YouTube, where everyone just landed on the rear wheel. Feels much better to land both wheels together(about the only thing I'm good at when it comes to jumping), rather than smashing all of your weight through the bars
