Uncle Tom is a perfectly acceptable analogy IMO.

Cracking end to the season this. Title decided but so much to play for at both ends.
Roll on 26 July

Happy with last nights result. CL race still on for us.

for sure. it's a cracking showdown between you, Leicester and Utd for 3rd and 4th
You have to overcome the mighty Norwich first!

Massive game tonight. Season defining. If we don't win this, this season and next are write offs.

I could help read that picturing you saying it dressed as a pantomime dame.

Ok, nothing out of the ordinary could possibly be going on at Wigan. Nothing at all.

Squeaky bum time. We’ve not been able to kill off games and it might cost us on GD at the end of the season. Even if we win, and that’s a massive IF, we will be 3 points short vs last season. Not bad considering the amount of young players that have been given the opportunity to step up. Still very much a work in progress.

Dear Man City,
Please beat Bournemouth by at least 4 goals.
Thanks

That night in Vienna in 1970, which wasn't shown on TV due to some no marks winning the FA Cup final on a replay.

bournemouth on a resurgence... city looking more towards the weekend.
It's got the ingredients for something interesting to maybe just maybe happen
unless city do the usual and score in the first 5

Dum de dum.

Well done Arsenal

Shocking play by Liverpool, set up three great goals and still lost!
Won't win the league playing like that. -

next year will be our year for the points record

Time for my annual offer of my two spare Arsenal season tickets.
Both in the North Bank. Have been rented by various people on here over the years but I am assured the seats are cleaned regularly.
PM if interested. Ideally would want to rent both to the same person. This is probably the last year that I will be renting them out as the fancy seats I currently use will be going back to their owner. Or perhaps more accurately, they are corporate seats and my mate has lost his job.

Whats the expectation on them getting used at the moment? There's chat we allow 21k in for next season and I've no real idea how that'll work
-
• #153474
they gave you a game at the end... could have gotten a draw... maybe.
Death rattle probably, not too sad to see them go, the allocation is tiny and it's a git to get to

We have the same rumours. We have around 50% season ticket holders and not all of those will be allowed in. Arsenal have 80+% season ticket holders (different economic model) and so it will be very difficult to see how they will manage it.
Hmm. Not sure that's the right phrase to be throwing around.
Do you mean traitor?
Not trying to pick a woke fight, I'm just aware there's a lot of eyes on this thread.
