Open Twitter, look at posts about masks - all the standard right wing nut jobs are vehemently against them because they're mad cunts. Then look at our government. Notice the similarity?
They've been forced into it because they can't ignore the scientific consensus forever (and Macron might shut the border to the English as he threatened to do last time, which got us UK lockdown), but as is typical of our government they're doing it in the slowest, most incompetent, slapdash and confusing manner possible.
