I've just had a look and with the 47mm Horizon there's maybe 4mm each side so it might be a tighter fit than I first thought, although it depends on the shape of the tyre and how much the sides balloon out.

My panaracer 48s roll out to 50mm. I'll take some photos later of them mounted. But pretty happy with the clearance front and rear.

They the file tread ones? They're basically slick right? Was looking for something with a bit more grip compared to the Horizons. Once I kill the Horizons this wheelset/bike will be primarily off-road.
