Hmm, really? The i23 have been fine. I mean I accidentally ran them at less than 20psi and that lead to some sketchy cornering until I put a bit more air in the front but today I was riding at 40psi and they were fine. I'll probably try down to 30psi and see what that's like on road and off.
I'm not even sure I'll be able to get the 50mm tyres to fit but I'll have a damn good go. I wish I could just have a 23mm and 25mm wheel and the tyres I want to use and then measure them up. Pain in the arse all this guesswork.

About to build up some i25 Kom light for a friend. I would have thought that a minimum for less squish roll over. Don't know how low you plan to run. Personally I'd have gone for 30mm if i hadn't gone cheap skate on my rims.
