It doesn’t work that way around unfortunately due to the profiles of the tubes.
@dancing james - there was some confusion here. I thought we had agreed 100mm stem / 75mm bars so I ordered a 100mm stem. I then got the order completion form from Seven that said 110mm stem. So I ordered 85mm bars to compensate for this. But I still think it should’ve been 100 / 75 all along. Not 110 / 75.

That's really lovely, the ti seatpost is great.
I think the frame pump is on backwards, I think the soft rubber bit is supposed to be at the headtube.
