Yes. I think I'm going to use my last-gen lids on my shiny new bottles. I genuinely can't work out which order and orientation the two smallest bits should be in.

With two bits it'll be like plugging in a USB-A plug in that you'll get it right the third time.

People leaving full toilet rolls on top of the empty roll in the holder.
Why...

A lot of those small independent shops were already overwhelmed before COVID-19 and now things got really busy for them, it looks like they have not geared themselves up for success.
They are definitely not making the most of what turns out to be an opportunity for them, which is a shame.
There are a few threads on the forum where shop staff are venting, which is something that I not only don't understand, but also dislike.

Being asked "Are you Otto's (Mini Schnauzer) Daddy?" You haven't worked out this genetics thing at all.

got a delivery today for the pup from some friends (really kind and thoughtful) and there was a card in there "from auntie pal and uncle mate"
No.I get annoyed when I'm referred to as Uncle DethBeard to their 10yo son, I'm not his uncle, I'm just a family friend, but that's a separate 'I Hate'

Is it a cultural thing...anyone older than you who isn’t a blood relative is “uncle or auntie” ?
For god’s sake you are a 35 year old GP, you don’t have to call me “uncle alf0nse”

Not for me, but I know what you mean when you say it and I won't object

I've never understood why this forum is so against Campagnolo. Esoteric but flawed normally goes down so well.

• #14121
they have campy as a registered trademark too
and even this website

Only dickheads hate Campag...

"campag": used by the only person on the club run using campag
"campa": user might be wearing red bib shorts
"campy": user spends too much time on the internet, does not own a bicycle -

Years ago I had to go to a Campagnolo forum to look for some interoperability info.
Every instance of their Japanese competitor was spelt "shimaNO"
Their hate was real. And sad. And scripted. It was a ritual.
And they assumed everyone already knew every Campagnolo groupset so I couldn't find what I needed to know. There were no winners that day.
I hate picking these bits out of the plughole and trying to remember how to reassemble them.
