CAADs come up large. 54 most likely.
I just sold a 52cm CAAD12. I'm 5'10, short legs, long body

How's your arm length? I'm the same height/build as you and ride a 54 CAAD9 and would worry there wasn't enough stack on a 52 CAAD12 for me. I have short arms and would probably need a lot of spacers to get the bars where I like them. I've been on the lookout for 54 CAAD12 but I'm surprised to see how much more standover height there is than the 9.

Very slightly negative ape index (wingspan about 176cm, height about 178).

I had the CAAD12 54cm slammed with one of @gbj_tester's low headset covers.
Then I left the 25mm cone spacer on the 52cm CAAD12.

I could fit either size tbh, but preferred a bit more seatpost so swapped the 54 for a 52 when I could.

I'm already slightly regretting selling the CAAD12 so been keeping an eye out for any 52 framesets that appear, and also pondering how the CAAD13 51 and 54 compares to the CAAD12 geometry-wise
