That's good to know, thanks, might give me more of a chance of finding one here then, generally larger bikes are hard to come by.

How's your arm length? I'm the same height/build as you and ride a 54 CAAD9 and would worry there wasn't enough stack on a 52 CAAD12 for me. I have short arms and would probably need a lot of spacers to get the bars where I like them. I've been on the lookout for 54 CAAD12 but I'm surprised to see how much more standover height there is than the 9.

I'm in the market for my first road bike, my knees can't handle fixed any more and it's not too practical here in Tokyo for longer distances, and have my eye on an older CAAD. Anyone have any advice on sizing? I'm 5'11 and fairly normally proportioned, would I be looking at a 56cm?
