Other than funny looks, any reason not to run a 700C wheel on the front and a 650B wheel on the back of a bike? I have a 700C dynamo wheel I wanted to use.

Well 7+0+0+6+5+0= 18 and 18 is 3 6s or 666. I wouldn’t recommend it, seems quite malfeasant.
