Didn't have to dress like a weirdo and listen to stupid music in a field to have fun in my day.

I don't know what pictures Michael Evis has but they must incriminate absolutely fucking everyone

Then when you say this you get the old ‘you just don’t understand until you’ve been’

Whoever it was who bitched about people ctrl alt del to login to W10 instead of "just pressing up".
I now can't stop myself trying it if the camera doesn't recognise me. It only works 50% of the time meaning I spend way longer than the time saved from moving my left hand onto the keyboard.

Also on mobile when Chrome decides to be helpful and show auto-fill prompts that cover up the box you're trying to bloody type in.

Music festivals are like very expensive bikes. People won't admit it but the truth is they wish they hadn't spend a lot of money a vastly underwhelming experience that failed to deliver the life-changing moments they expected.

Every year it's the same, there's no escaping it, great big crowds of people moaning about how shit Glastonbury is. Still, only 6 months till they can start telling everyone how shit Christmas is.

What's the bike equivalent of getting a free ticket to a music festival where you first meet your partner of now 10yrs+ and have a child with?

Did you see that doco on last night? I watched that and confirmed to myself, "yep, not missed a trick never going there".

In both cases, you've still got to do the work. Those drugs won't take themselves nor will that £10k superbike ride itself down the road.

I hate shitty service...four weeks ago I went into an independent bike shop to order a Thule Ride along child seat, spoke to one of the stores two owners, showed them the seat I wanted from their own website, and was told it would be there the following Tuesday, and they will text.
A week passes, no text, so following weekend back to the store to enquire...oh, no, we didn't order it, we'll do it now same promise of next week and text.
Two weeks pass, no communication, so my partner calls and asks about the seat, "oh, yes, it's here".
Ok, so today I go in to pick it up, wrong fucking seat, one that requires a rack and not what I ordered.
I specifically went to this shop to help small, local business recover after covid lockdown, but they are just fucking useless.
Left the shop, went straight to a large national bike chain and bought the seat from them straight off the shelf.
tl:dr
I feel like an asshole now. -
