Be interested to see how they will 'Close' beaches
After ten years of austerity and shrinking police numbers the simple answer is that we'd have to ask nicely. Policing is now very much by consent, they don't have the numbers to control anything other than a small crowd if it really comes to it - they Police themselves say that if we had the London riots today they'd have to stand back and leave the rioters to it.
