Can someone tell me roughly how long a 125mm drop dropper post is from the rails to the maximum insertion is?
Basically what's the least amount of post you could have outside of a frame?

I've got this 150mm one I picked up from Dammit a while back but I think it'll be about an inch too long for my Nephew's bike providing I get him the frame I'm hoping to get. But it'll be close with a 125 I think.

Actually just measured my Reverb which comes out at about 200mm minimum length. The Raceface 150mm is a bit slimmer in places and only needs an extra 10-20mm.

If i swap out my 51 offset forks to some 44 offset forks how will it effect my steering ?

If you do a dream build, don't forget to bring it to committee and expect a lot of opinions, then just ignor all the ones you didn't ask for. Just make sure it's a geometron.

This is what i figured. I switch between a 100mm and 85mm stem and barely notice the difference tbh

I loved the Pinion I tried on the Deviate Guide. Just don't need to add the cost to a titanium frame.
