Do not buy ngego.

The clips that hold the battery cover on will snap at some point. It's a terribly design. And no it's not waterproof, I killed mine.

Ng is fine enough, the rubner cover just pushes on and could be taped over. No plastic clips to snap.

500 euro better? That’s a hefty jump in price for a battery cover. Are you also saying it has issues with water ingress when the battery cover is secure?

Tbh I got a shimnao dura ace one now, I look forward to using that.

I wouldn't buy an ngego. If your budget conscious loon elsewhere. I did buy a ng but as it was the only option for mtb and I got a deal because my ngego was fucked. .
If you run garmin. You could have my srm pc6 fsa for cheap.
