I'm pretty sure if you seat properly without sealant that is unlikely.

Most of the blowouts I've seen are from people who've added sealant before seating the tyre.

Definitely seated - both wheels made the distinctive "pinging" sound as they were inflated. Put the sealant in after seating and releasing the air/removing valve core. Will see how they fare tomorrow morning
