You could say that about heart transplants, but some people still die.

The better analogy for this situation though would be someone needing a heart transplant and a heart surgeon who has the skills and ability to do the operation says "Nah, don't fancy doing that really, it's a bit hard".

Anyway, it's sorted now.

Or somebody who doesn't need a transplant asking for one anyway, and the surgeon refusing to do it 🙂
