Sometimes telling the customer that what they're trying to do can't be done is the best policy.

You could say that about heart transplants, but some people still die.

The better analogy for this situation though would be someone needing a heart transplant and a heart surgeon who has the skills and ability to do the operation says "Nah, don't fancy doing that really, it's a bit hard".

Anyway, it's sorted now.
