There is a bit of damage to the crank spline on the crank arm if you soon into the last photo.
But as +ChasnotRobert has said it seems like it can be reinstalled and if properly torqued could be fine.

The local cycle shop attempted to put this back on and tighten the bolts but as soon as any real weight was applied it fell right off.
£400 down and now i need to get a new crank, not sure where to locate one either
Tbh, a Shimano hollowtech crankset is not the hardest thing to find.
