Thanks, it's for my ongoing fixed project...
The mudguard is tucked in between the chainstays, but if I pull it out, the problem area just shifts to the brake bridge, where there's nothing I can do to give it any more space. The only way I've managed to reduce the rubbing is by lifting the wheel in the dropouts just a touch, but obviously then it's not a perfectly snug mount.

Is the mudguard sitting on top of the bridge?
