Motocross gloves.

Although I bought some green string for the garden from a prepper seller and their site has similar gloves for urban survival or some shit.

But my money is on bike gloves #bikelife

Edit: Actually I just saw the paunch on the dude wearing them. He's not doing any wheelies!

They look like Icon motorcycle gloves. Some Icons have metal parts on them so you slidwe if you hit the pavement instead of getting shredded.
Oakley makes similar for military.
Really likely just knockoffs from some bargain shop.
