If they've replaced the curved frames on that house it strikes me as a good price.
Non-standard, bespoke construction isn't cheap and with something like that where small mistakes will be amplified and stand out like a sore thumb the manufacturer will have to factor the potential for fuck ups and re-dos into the price.
If the glass in the frames was curved as well the price would have been truly eye watering.

I don't know anything about the house, but take 50k out of a 200k build and you're not even going to touch the sides on the rest of the refurb. Were the original windows metal framed?
