made some PB fudge today - consistency is pretty bang on, taste wise it's very sweet (no shit, it's 90% sugar)
perhaps should have added a dash of sea salt

Just went through this from page twelve or so and no mention of fresh ground pb! I used to be on the whole earth crunchy organic train, but there is a hip bring-your-own-container shop in Nunhead (here) that has a big grinder, the best peanut butter I've had. Sometimes they have cashew or almond available too. I live for this on apples or sourdough bread.
