  • This looks interesting, i think I’ll try it too!

  • i can do some more without too much bother - don't send money yet, i'll put a post up when i've done them.

i've run out of envelopes though so may have to resort to my daughters 'hello kitty' stationary stash

hope everyone's stickers have arrived safely!

  • ahh, great :)

(hello kitty is surely better than boring staionary???)

  • ^ HKAS stickers?

  • Sticker looks great on the Pomp blue.

  • made some PB fudge today - consistency is pretty bang on, taste wise it's very sweet (no shit, it's 90% sugar)
perhaps should have added a dash of sea salt

  • salt to taste dude but that looks good. cubes of that perfect for jersey pockets on rides

  • Just went through this from page twelve or so and no mention of fresh ground pb! I used to be on the whole earth crunchy organic train, but there is a hip bring-your-own-container shop in Nunhead (here) that has a big grinder, the best peanut butter I've had. Sometimes they have cashew or almond available too. I live for this on apples or sourdough bread.

  • Oooh

How much does it work out per kilo?

  • £13 - not for the faint of heart

  • Tesco had 500g Jars of Whole earth for £2 - Sadly they only had 8, but I bought them all. 3 went to @dbr to feed his habit.

  • Ooo need to check that out tomorrow cheers

  • Worried if I get it once I’ll be hooked 😆

Might see you there thrasher ;)

  • Enjoy! Especially with a pinch of salt

  • We usually make our own pb but lockdown cut off our supply route. Looking forward to getting that back. Though quite enjoying sampling various brands we can get hold of

  • Tried the Pip & Nut Maple. It's OK was expecting it to be way better though. Think Meridian still better

  • What do you use to make it? Tell me everything

  • The Cherry Bakewell is the one.

Has anyone tried Alton Brown's Fried method?

  • CB P&N - crack

  • I was surprised by how good this is.

  • here is everything:

    we buy raw peanuts
    we roast them
we blitz them in food processor adding salt to taste

    tl;dr - peanuts, blitz, salt

  • [PBAS stickers]

Count me in if you do another batch!

  • I'd also be keen :)

  • Me too.

  • PB, banana and oat smoothie is my new go-to post ride recovery snack.
