It’s a price point with a lot of choice. Research for a while, find out what you want/see as many watches as possible and then weed out the ones you like less...

My choice for a £750 watch would be either:
Casio G-Shock Rangeman
Ocean7 LM7 PloProf homage
Alsta Nautoscaph (which is the watch Richard Dreyfus wore in Jaws)
or double down and get:
Helson SharkDiver
and a Seiko Turtleas its "free" money i would probably go for the one i was least likely to actually spend my money on (PloProf on this list)

Long time lurker, haven't posted much for years, hi all!
What would be the go-to for about £750ish? The government here in Japan has just given everyone 100,000 yen stimulus payments and I'm tempted to add to the collection. There are a bunch of speedmaster reduced models on the second hand market here in Tokyo but I hear the movements can be a bit of a pain?
I came across these - https://www.wmtwatches.com/ - and they seem like a fairly run of the mill submariner homage type set up, miyota movements, anyone know of them or something similar? Cheers!
