Howie I’m calling you out on this. I’ve seen your rather long monologue in the owning your own home thread. You repeatedly refer to yourself by this moniker. I suspect you posted about not liking being called Howie in this thread because you desperately want us to start calling you Howie to alleviate some midlife crises of not regarding yourself as cool.
