  • Personally I'm not sold. Definitely reckon going for a metal stovetop gooseneck kettle is the way to go. Hario's Buono all the way! (also, it comes in black, surely that wins out for you!)

  • I don't wanna buy a gooseneck kettle tho', I would only consider it if my regular kettle stopped working... I'm getting one, perfect solution for me... Didn't the Hoff say they were only twelve quid or summat?

  • I think that was the price in Japan, will likely be more expensive when exported I imagine.

  • I'll get one if you can microwave them. Which Hoff didn't mention. I feel like in all his reviews he misses an important aspect of the thing.

    You could probably get a metal goose neck for twelve pounds from Ali express if you were so inclined though. I actually got a temp controlled goose neck for thirty something I think so I think the savings in space and clutter are the main ones there.

    Could also try and import the silicon orphan espresso pourer
